Cancellation Policy

Because we value our time and yours, we charge a non-negotiable consultation fee. This fee is paid upon booking the initial consultation and is non-refundable. During this appointment we will discuss, your type of baldness, hair system required and do a hair & scalp analysis. If we determine you are a good fit for our services, we will apply the already paid consultation fee to your new system.
